We recommended that all new guest book “The 75min Facial.” Prior to your appointment we ask that you stop the usage of products that contain retinol, aha’s or bha’s for at least 72hrs.

We recommend that you follow your esthetician’s post treatment advices. For all treatments we advise that clients wait about 48hrs to exfoliate, exercise, or use makeup.
May vary based on the individual’s treatment plan, however we recommend coming in for a facial at least 4-6 weeks.

We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit, Cash, & Vagaro Pay Later.

When booking through third-party platforms (such as Licensed To Glow or ClassPass), please be aware that occasional scheduling conflicts may occur due to delayed calendar syncing. This may result in certain time slots becoming unavailable, requiring your appointment to be rescheduled. While this is not common, we will always do our best to accommodate you. Please note that appointments booked directly with us will always take priority.
For Groupon bookings, we kindly ask that you email us to schedule your appointment. All required consent forms must be completed prior to your service. If forms are not submitted at least 24 hours after booking your appointment, the appointment will be canceled.
A valid redemption code is required at the time of booking and serves in place of a deposit. Please note that our Groupon services are offered at a heavily discounted rate. We kindly ask that you respect our time and policies, including our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.
To help prevent no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and frequent rescheduling, deposits are typically required for services; however, Groupon voucher codes fulfill this requirement.
Clients who do not adhere to our policies may forfeit their voucher and may be subject to applicable fees.

Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy
All appointments are reserved exclusively for each client and require dedicated time, staff, and resources. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
A 40% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of services rendered and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated in this policy.
We require a minimum of 48–72 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Notice must be provided via email or through the online booking system.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. No exceptions will be made.
If an appointment is rescheduled with appropriate notice, the retainer may be transferred one (1) time only and must be used within 14 days of the original appointment date. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in loss of the retainer.
Each appointment is permitted one (1) reschedule only. Any additional changes or rescheduling requests will incur a $75 administrative fee and are subject to availability.
This policy applies to all services regardless of booking source, including third-party platforms.
Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving within this grace period are not guaranteed full service time.
Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes late are considered a late arrival and may, at the provider’s discretion, result in any of the following:
Reduction of service time
Modification of the service
Rescheduling of the appointment
Full service fees remain applicable regardless of adjusted service duration.
No-Show/ Same-Day Cancellation Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice is classified as a no-show. Same-day cancellations are also considered no-shows under this policy.
In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the 40% retainer will be forfeited in full. Additional fees may apply for repeated violations, and future booking privileges may be restricted or denied.
In the case of a documented emergency, clients are required to contact us within 24 hours of the missed appointment. Accommodations, if any, are made solely at the discretion of management.
Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above. These terms are enforceable and apply to all clients without exception.
