FAQ’S & POLICIES

  • We recommended that all new guest book our Hydrating Facial. Prior to your appointment we ask that you stop the usage of products that contain retinol, aha’s or bha’s for at least 72hrs.

  • We recommend that you follow your esthetician’s post treatment advices. For all treatments we advise that clients wait about 48hrs to exfoliate, exercise, or use makeup.

    May vary based on the individual’s treatment plan, however we recommend coming in for a facial at least 4-6 weeks.

  • We recomend drinking plenty of water. Wearing loose and comfortable clothing. You will be asked to undress, your therapist will leave the room to give you privacy. You can completely undress or leave on your underwear before slipping under the sheets.

  • Hydrate, Eat, & Take it Easy. We advise wearing loose clothing and doing light stretches post massage. Avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24hrs after the massage.

    May vary on the indivdual’s treatment plan, however we recommend every 2-4 weeks.

  • After a service has concluded clients receive loyalty points. When clients refer someone they also receive loyalty points. The points may vary in amounts depending on wether clients are enrolled in our membership program.

  • We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit, Cash, & Vagaro Pay Later.

Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us.. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we ask that you provide us with at least 24hrs notice.

At the time of your booking a hold will be placed on your card for a percentage of your service/s. We hold a 65% deposit that will be credited towards your service/s.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule kindly email us at least 24hrs prior to your appointment. Your deposit will either be refunded or used to hold a future appointment. However, providing less than 24hrs notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Late Policy

There is a 15 minute grace period, If you are running late please contact us so we can find the best way to accommodate you. In the event that your are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to shorten your appointment or reschedule to a different day or time.

No Call No Show

Clients who no call no show forfeit their deposit. In the event of a true emergency we ask that you reach out to us within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. We will try our best to accommodate the situation.
